This 10-month program includes a variety of workshop electives, a clinical experience, and business development courses designed to ensure each graduate has the skills needed to pursue a successful career after graduation.

Apply to Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage
The Spring Program that begins in March and a Fall Program that begins in September. Both programs have a Core Program component, Supplemental Classes, Online Classes, Workshop Electives, and Student Clinic.
Admission Requirements (Including Prerequisites)
- Be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Be of good moral character
- Be self motivated and responsible for your own learning
- Be conversant in written and oral English
- Have received at least one (1) hour professional massage
Must demonstrate ability to perform college level course work through previous GPA and/or college entrance testing

Ypsilanti ( IP-sil-AN-tee, sometimes mispronounced YIP–), commonly shortened to Ypsi, is a city in Washtenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan, perhaps best known as the home of Eastern Michigan University. As of the 2010 census, the city’s population was 19,435. The city is bounded to the north by Superior Township and on the west, south, and east by Ypsilanti Township. Ypsilanti is located 11.2 miles (18.0 km) road miles east of Ann Arbor and 35.6 miles (57.3 km) road miles west of the Detroit city limits.
The geographic grid center of Ypsilanti is the intersection of the Huron River and Michigan Avenue, the latter of which connects downtown Detroit, Michigan, with Chicago, Illinois, and through Ypsilanti is partially concurrent with U.S. Route 12 Business and M-17.
